BUT, I have not been informed that I need additional pieces needed to be installed for RELAC and they did next inspection and gave me pass certification.... is it reliable? This year RELAC people from Reston association came to tux the air condition issue that I had and they informed me that if I don’t have those pieces in the system, my house will get damaged and not good for my air quality. I contact Clover and they were not responsive and the response that they have given later was so unprofessional. I was happy with their service but finding this issue with my HVAC installation and their response made me decide not to work with them again. I thought that they were recommended with my Condo because they knew how RELAC work and the structure or how inspection passes. Obviously they don’t ... Thanks"

I admire his professionalism because usually I will meet some contractors that only wanted your money. With Mr. Reddick, he cares for the services that he do. I also had to send him a text on a Sunday and he immediately responded and promised to see me the next day. I will hire them again in the future. This company is a good one. "I have them come out twice a year for maintenance. I pay nothing when they come, I have a contract with them. They check the two heat pumps I have for routine service. They were here before and said I needed to fix something. They said it would be $1800 for repair it, so I should just get a new unit. To make a long story short I talked to a friend who works on air conditioners and he said it would be $300. They tried to sell me on something, the service is fine."
