"Mad Pipers is an INDEPENDENT plumbing business. Zach came right on time for my appointment. He was easy to talk to, knowledgeable and groomed for business. I needed a tub spout replaced for a reasonable fee. He looked at it, gave me a much more reasonable quote than the big name plumbers- made me happy! He got his tools and was done in 15 minutes. I recommend you call the Mad Pipers! - Lucky in Mukilteo"

"Really appreciated the timely same-day service. Miguel was skilled, professional, and responsive in replacing an existing leaking water heater with a new one. Highly recommended."

"Anthony and Jason were great. Their concern with getting our water main problem repaired so we would have clean water ASAP was reassuring."

"We were in dire need of a water heater blowout, and Home Advisor was quick to find us the help we needed, in Puget Sound Plumbing and Heating, INC! The crew were prepared with a replacement unit, had it installed and contacted a Water Mitigation Contractor, who also arrived and have provided us with a quote for insurance claim. Not an emergency by any means, but these fellows responded like it was! Super impressed!"

"Mark was able to replace my water heater quickly and efficiently and went the extra mile to make sure I understood the function of the heater and the water leak gauge -- my old one was improperly installed and submerged by water (super helpful. not.) On a follow-up call he even turned me on to a trusted electrician, cuz I need a bathroom ceiling fan installed. Two thumbs up!!"

"I had a broken PVC pipe that a previous DIY owner installed. I temporarily addressed the brojen pipe, but needed help finishing it. Diego came to the rescue. He made a recommendation and spent time answering my DIYer questions so that I could make the best choice for my needs. After making a supply run, he was off and running. Within a few hours, we had all of our water working properly. He came back later in the week to upgrade a tangential project I opted to have him work on. He accidentally got something Criss crossed, but was eager to hear the feedback and quickly made the necessary corrections. I was not able to inspect his finished work at the time he completed all of it. A day later I had the chance to do so, and I found only one minor item. As of writing this review, he is scheduled to come back tomorrow at a convenient to me for the minor finish work. All in all, I am very satisfied and comfortable with Diego's abilities and customer service skills. He's a friendly guy too. When I need a plumber again, I will be calling Apollo Plumbing again."

"Blake came out and replaced our water heater-The work was completed quickly and the customer service was great! 100% recommend this company to anyone in need!!"

"No. They charged me before they even came out. When he got here he took one second look at it and lied to me said he had no cell signal and he be right back. It was the $83.00 or free main drain clog special. Well he went to go find cell service amd never came back. Never gave me any reason or quote or anything. Just left me waiting for over an hour. I had to call the office to find out he wouldnt be coming back"

"Chris replaced my water line from meter to house, about 50’ for a third the price quoted by one of those plumbing companies whose ads you see on tv. He replaced the line with better quality piping and had it all completed in 4 days, including cement work and clean up."
