"I had a water leak from my ice maker. The water line had a pin size hole in it and was leaking downward thru the floor. Once I realized the issue. I had a 6x6 section of flooring to be replaced. I also had sub-flooring, drywall and insulation that needed to be replaced. My insurance suggested I bring in a specialist. Because of the potential of mold. I called Patrick at Mold Removal & Solutions. Patrick came to the house the same day and gave me a quote. A couple days later Patrick started working and was finished in about three days.
