"DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I regret using this company for the following reasons: 1. No contract signing. They only send quotes they add charges without discussing it prior. 2. Charged me for work they did not complete. I paid in full even though they never finished painting my kitchen, never squared my bathroom shelves, left gaps and holes. 3. They charged me for ?installing? my dishwasher yet they never anchored it, all they did was move it to the desired location, then they asked for more money to move the outlet which was unnecessary. 4. Said jobs would be an easy fix then spent weeks with no progress because they have to ?figure it out?. 5. Spoke to Maurice, he promised all work would be completed before the holidays (this is after two months of work), then NEVER COMES BACK. He legitimately asked for money, I paid, and he NEVER SHOWED up again. 6. Didn?t finish kitchen cabinets, painting kitchen, doors, bathroom shelves, left the whole place a mess. "

Their project manager is a design expert who listened to our preferences, suggested improvements as needed, and got our approval with each step. A written contract was provided up front and a timeline established, which were adhered to accurately. The remodeling job was done perfectly with no re-work needed. The work crew was very courteous and friendly, and did a complete clean-up each day. The entire job was completed in a manner beyond our expectations – it was on time and picture perfect. The project manager’s recommendations yielded a better bathroom than we would have expected, and we were kept informed daily of schedule and next steps.
