Two other companies came out and neither one could effectively diagnose the problem. Keep in mind I had water dripping all over my carpet continuously. Besco promptly sent out their amazing technician named Elvis. And within seconds of his arrival, he diagnosed the problem like a doctor would on a patient. It was a clogged exterior drain backing up into my air conditioner unit. At last! Problem solved! I was SO relieved to have someone figure this out!! He was so professional, knowledgeable and efficient. And fixed the problem quickly--trust me this was not easy--there was water everywhere. And he was working after hours in over time and still was kind and patient. "Brian was our service technician - he called to let us know he was on the way, first thing that morning.  He arrived and checked our filters to ensure they were clean and optimal.  As a courtesy, we had an extra so when he discovered the old one was dirty, he made the change for us.  He turned on the thermostat and went out to the unit. Checking the unit, the fan wasn't running - he unplugged the unit and proceeded to take off the panel finding a blown capacitor.  He advised of the issue and gave an estimate for the price - I had him proceed.  After replacing the capacitor, he ran diagnostics for Freon levels and found the unit was low.  Again, he advised on the price for adding Freon and I had him proceed.  He ran the unit for a while, checked the basement to ensure proper drainage and we were back in business with cool air.
