He was patient with my questions and showed clear dedication to delivering a quality experience. I would rate him straight As across the different categories. Scheduling the service was a different story. I'd grade that a C at best, maybe D. After multiple emails and phone calls that were not returned we finally got someone on the phone and scheduled the service, but they still couldn't provide us full information on the estimated cost of a simple repair. On top of that, it was a 6 week wait for someone to come out. We've been happy with Shavitz in the past but this was a bad experience. We're on their maintenance plan so we hope that will mean better service in the future."

They were able to get me in same day despite calling during the beginning of the summer when I'm sure their HVAC Service Calls were through the roof. I was originally given a 3 hour window and told the technician would call when he was on his way. He called early in the window and gave me a 30 minute warning. He was then exactly on time. He was quick with the work and offered a couple of DIY tips we could do to maintain our own unit to avoid costly repairs in the future.
