Before they filled up with water Luke(the owner of the company) he check all the bolts, nuts, couplings, and all brass fittings to make sure everythings are tight. Akso he uses spray bottle with water mixed with dish soap to check if natural gas is leaking. That tells me that this guys knows what they’re doing. Luke even help me to registered for my warranty. After the $50 I give them for tips still they are the lowest price…If you needs plumbing job, try Mores Plumbing LLC you will not get disappointed."

"Jake from Rooter-Man came to give an estimate on a plumbing issue. He quickly diagnosed the problem as being with the disrupter valve of my shower, quoted me a reasonable price, and got to work. He had the part already in his truck and he was done in under an hour. He even took the time to explain to me how I could fix it myself if it becomes a problem again in the future, rather than needing to replace the entire spigot. Overall, very satisfied with Rooter-Man's work. "

He put in some very nice touches by installing some beautiful lights outside and inside. Our deck was falling apart and considering our budget we opted for a nice stair way leading to the backyard. The money we allocated for the deck we also used that to have Gerardo and his crew put up an extension to our roof in the back. All in all they are very talented and I would highly recommend them for your next project."

I drove 1.5 hours to the service site, only to be met with confusion and poor communication. When I called at 12:30 to ask for a specific arrival time, I was told the technician would contact me 30 minutes before arriving—but they couldn’t give me a time estimate. I waited another 2.5 hours before receiving a call informing me that no technician would be coming at all. My only options were to reschedule or cancel. I asked to speak with a manager and was placed on long hold. Eventually, I was told the manager was “too busy” to speak with me and would call me later. That call never came. This experience was a complete waste of time and resources, and the lack of accountability was appalling. Hunt’s HVAC Services failed to honor their commitment, communicate effectively, or show basic courtesy. I strongly advise others to stay away from this business."
