"It went very well! The crew was fast, hard working and respectful. They got everything put in smoothly and installed a NEST thermostat we had purchased on our own. It couldn't have been easy as the unit was in the attic and the only way up there is a pulldown ladder. They even took the time to inspect the HVAC we had installed during the pandemic by a different company that we had concerns about. They identified issues, talked to us about it and then fixed whatever they could. Andrew did not have the part in his truck but was able to fit in a used part from another furnace to give me heat until he got the other part. I got a call the next day and scheduled a time to put in the exact part. Again, repairman was within the stated time window. Heat working well."
