"I called Jim the owner on Saturday which was getting to be a very hot day and he was able to come out that same day within an hour and fixed our A/c.  Amazing service.  A week later we got in the mail a thank you letter and thanking us for using him to repair our A/s unit.  He was very friendly and explained what we was doing to repair our unit.
