"My 33 yr old HE Carrier furnace finally gave up. It was a part that would cost over $1000 to replace. At that point, the repair tech suggested I might be better off to put that towards a new unit. I might add he was not pushy in any way, merely making some common sense suggestions. He did locate the part and did offer to do a repair, but economically it didn't really add up. He offered to contact a rep who could be at my house that afternoon (on a Friday). He did show up promptly, we reviewed my options, and settled on a Bryant unit to complement my new a/c unit (also done by Pronto). He told me the installers would be present at 700am on Monday, and they were. The installers were timely, conscientious, friendly and professional. They were also very clean, covering my tile entryway with a cloth, and all of my exposed carpet with plastic, and I didn't have to ask for that. On top of that, they wore shoe protectors as well! The install took about 3 hours, and we were ready to go. They even added a return for the unit at no extra cost. I have to say, I don't write many reviews, but this is one company I wouldn't hesitate to recommend. They take a complex decision and make it really simple and uunderstandable. They never apply selling pressure or steer you towards a unit you don't want. They answer their phones promptly, and keep you up to date with text messages all along the way. The repair tech even reduced the price of my new furnace by the cost of the service call (which I did pay). All in all, my experience in replacing my a/c and furnace units could not have been less stressful, or more professionally handled. More service companies should run their business like Pronto. Highly recommended."

"Jim did a great job. He quickly assessed the problem and then took our unit with him to work on it more. When he got back to us, the fix would have cost more than it was worth. He gave us options for a new or refurbished PC. We felt the refurbished was a good deal and chose that. He came back and set that up and we are very happy with it. He then took a look at my laptop and again took it along. He tuned it up and installed a speed upgrade we wanted. Of course, we paid extra for the new unit and upgrades, but we thought the price was very fair. Jim seemed very knowledgeable and responsive. "I had Service Today! complete two separate projects for me. First, I had an ice dam fall on my A/C condenser last winter and needed repair/replacement for an insurance claim. Second, I replaced my old water heater and boiler with a new combined tankless boiler & water heater unit. This involved complete repiping in the basement since I was also moving the mechanicals as part of a basement renovation. It was a large and complicated project, and ServiceToday! was awesome. Shout outs to Blake, Randy, Dave, Marc, Willy, and the rest who were part of the project. Like I said, it was pretty complicated and their team was always professional, friendly, courteous, and took pride in their work. I also love that they are diligent about calling 20-30 minutes before arrival so I don't have to sit at home waiting during a 2-hour window like I've frequently done with other service providers. Also, the latter project was an expensive one ($20k+) but their pricing was competitive and fair, and they have great financing options available. Would 100% use them again."

"I needed this work done fast to accommodate a new washer and dryer that was arriving in a few days. Mark answered the phone on the second ring, came by and looked at the project the next day and was able to starting working on it right away. It was a 2 day project and by the time the other plumbers I called finally got back to me,  Mark was almost finished!  He is very knowledgable and advised me on a freezing pipe situation as well. He is very customer service focused and understands that if you are calling a plumber you probably want to speak to a plumber vs. voicemail. He was recommended to me by a neighbor and he will be the first plumber I call from now on.
