I had called a Kirkland company who came out diagnosed the issue and charged me an exorbitant amount. However after I informed them it was registered and parts were under warranty they dropped me like a hot potato and never called back. On the other hand Victoria at Evergreen called me regularly to update on the warranty and parts and scheduled a full day repair with Jesse, an excellent technician. He used appropriate PPE, educated me about the problem, even provided less expensive options, and finally completed the long arduous process of replacing parts and recharging the refrigerant all for a reasonable amount. "Daniel is a dedicated contractor who cares about his customer and the quality of his work.  The insulation work went very well, but not every project goes smoothly.  There was an issue with a crack to the ceiling drywall, which was corrected within 24 hours.  The attic work dislodged some previously improperly installed wiring, and while the cause was not Daniel's, he took ownership of the situation and saw that the problems were corrected quickly and to my satisfaction.

"G&S did an excellent job installing our new furnace and AC unit. The best thing about G&S is that they warranty for 1 year. The circuit board in our furnace failed within a couple of months (no fault of G&S). Manufacturers warranty would cover the parts cost but G&S repaired and covered labor cost under their warranty. Also they diagnosed the issue and repaired very quickly. Definitely A++ installation and service."
