"First started working with Joe getting a quote got 2 bids which the other was cheaper, but decided to get ranger since Mitsubishi is the “top line” he said which I googled and saw it too. We talked that he will put the drainage on the car port and the vent on the side of the house. So when the date of installment came Daniel was on time and he introduce himself. I let him do his job while I was doing my own with my 3yrs and 5 yrs kids. The job was quick so when I check outside I saw that the vent was mounted on my carport. So I called Joe and ask why it was mounted on my carport he said it was in the contract which I didn’t see on the instruction. And so I have to pay if we move it. I was so disappointed! Now I can’t close my carport if I want to get a garage since vent is there. So I have no choice if only Daniel check with me first right from the start what the plan is then there will be no problem! Well the job was done got no choice. Another thing Daniel have to come back two times to fix the drainage since it keeps on leaking my carport. It was finally fixed on the 3rd time when Jared was the tech that fix it. It was so disappointing and I regret that I chose ranger cooking and heating!"

Green City took my call on a weekend, followed up on Monday and installed my hot water heater with the most professional service by Alex and Jasper. The replacement heater was slightly larger then the old one; however, they used ingenuity to squeeze it into place. Even though there were a few kinks in the installation, they kept to their quoted price. Out of a 5-star rating, I give Green City 6 stars."

"Our Heat pump was not providing cold air so I called for a repair person to come out and fix it. Evergreen was able to provide me same day service which was impressive and the tech Alec Smith was very professional and skilled. He had the main issue diagnosed within probably 20 minutes and had a replacement part on hand. My complaint with Evergreen and this is probably common throughout the industry is the markup they put on those replacement parts. I needed a dual run Capacitor for which I was charged approximately $175 dollars. After doing a little research I found that this is a $21 part from Grainger or Amazon. That's one **** of a mark-up. I can tolerate a mark-up because of the convenience but I feel 800% is excessive."

After the work was finished and before the crew left, the son of the owner came out and inspected the work and made sure the crew performed the work up to SOS Crawl Space Insulation high standards. 9 months after the work was finished, we had a water leak into the work they had done. They came out, inspected and replaced all the damage. Again to their high standards. I would hire them again in a heart beat."

"One afternoon when leaving our local Costco we noticed a booth advertising Lennox air conditioning for the home. After the last 4 years of record summer heat, we decided to begin the process of investigating this solution. The appointment for the estimate went well with the entire process carefully explained and all of our questions answered. So, we decided to pull the trigger and buy the system. To our delight, company had an opening for the installation a week ahead of the original date and things only got better from there. On the day of the install, Isaac and his crew arrived on time and enforce. At one point there were 6 people and three trucks, all tightly coordinated. Everyone was courteous, professional, and fast. In a little over 6 hours the system was completely installed and thoroughly cleaned up. Overall, we could not be happier with this decision and highly recommend this company for anyone considering whole house A/C. Replacing 13 fans and 2 portable air conditioners is an elegant solution."
