We contacted PSP to speak with the owner and the staff claimed "we don't have his number or email." Save yourself the con job, the headache, and a ton of money, just say no! All consumers can verify that ALL plumbers in Washington "bill by the hour," and the hourly union rate is currently $90 to $135 in Seattle, King County, and per Washington state L&I, and Plumber's Union local #32."
