He came and picked up the hard drive on Tuesday and returned it on Saturday. Fortunately he was able to "restore" without any data loss. Very happy with outcome."

Paul followed up with me during the entire process. When equipment was needed and ordered he gave timely status updates. He went far and beyond the call in many measures and the job was done sooner than promised with an excellent outcome. There were a few other area companies with high ratings that didn't show for appointments, return phone calls, etc., no names but really surprising giving their reviews.
