"Found this company on Angie's List and am I happy we called them. We had been using another company and has a service contract with them, but they were always too busy to do anything. We called DiBiase in the morning and a technician was at our house in the afternoon exactly on time. The technician (Chris) was extremely professional, very thorough in explaining why things weren't working and provided us a few options. We chose to repair the unit as opposed to replace it. Chris ordered the parts and was back on site as soon as the parts arrived. The price charged was exactly what was quoted, the service was completed promptly, system tested, Chris explained everything he did and the unit is working perfectly! I highly recommend this company, we have since signed a service agreement with them that includes 2 a year tune-ups for both or our systems. Great company to deal with, professional, courteous, prompt at returning calls and very thorough!"

"It was a superb experience. From the visit by Bruce the sales representative to the installation day to the follow-up from Petro, every single person we interacted with was helpful and professional. When Bruce arrived to do the assessment, we spent time going over the heating needs in the house. After a thorough inspection and measurement of the house, we sat down. He showed me a few options, all of which were going to provide good service. I ordered a unit at the end of that meeting. The installation day was just terrific- the entire work crew that showed up were everything I would hope to find: Upbeat, informative, hard-working, focused. The job was finished before end of day as promised. The heater room is now immaculate, with new piping and a new heater. It was like watching a pit crew at a NASCAR race. Everyone had their tasks, they moved carefully but quickly. The materials were all laid out in order, etc. Just a totally professional approach to their work. The crew boss answered any questions I had. The follow-up for a normal inspection of the furnace chimney was scheduled the day after the installation. I’ve gotten calls to insure we are satisfied with the work. Satisfied barely covers it- I am pleased to write this kind of review. On time, professional, knowledgeable, and his team is a reflection of this as well. They were always on time, on schedule, clean, and very personable. "Project: Conversion from oil to gas heat and water heater including oil tank removal I don’t normally write reviews so I’ll start with the bottom line and go into more detail below. I highly recommend Burns & McBride for your heating, A/C jobs. From the sales, demolition and install they did the job right and for a good price. They participate in Energize Delaware program where DE provides rebates on upgrades in heating, A/C and insulation from select servicers enrolled in their program, saving you money. My oil furnace was 27 years old and had minor repairs to keep it going, the oil tank was from 1974 when the house was built. The tank was in the far corner of a crawl space not an easy place to remove. The water heater was a 10 year old electric about the time to start thinking of replacement. I had four estimates for the job. Bidders fell into two categories, those who participate in the Energize DE program (which qualified for DE rebates) and those who did not. Companies not in the program trashed it and said it was too much work to comply with the rules and that the cost would be inflated by the contractors (BALONEY!!). Those in the program gave me a sense of the cost before the rebates but none gave me any sense that they were capable of all aspects of the job and most did not even come back with a bid. Jim Myers from Burns & McBride was my salesman; he worked in the business and knows his stuff. He came in assessed the job and put together a plan with the costs and eligible rebates on the spot. By far the most professional of 4 other companies I spoke to. The crew, Calvin and Keith, spent the first day getting rid of the old equipment including cutting up the old oil tank. The next day they worked late putting a new furnace, tank less water heater, and humidifier and took care of all the gas and water line hook ups. These guys worked hard, knew what they were doing and did a GREAT JOB. They got us up and running the second day as promised. If you thinking of any doing any heating A/C work you really ought to call Burns & McBride, I was very impressed and pleased with their work"

"It went extremely well. Because of the expected large investment that I needed to make to replace both units, I went out for competitive bid with two other firms, both of which were reputable but larger, corporate-based firms here in southeastern Pennsylvania. (They advertise everywhere.) One of these firms was the incumbent with whom I had done business with for 23 years on both units with an annual maintenance agreement. Harmon HVAC came back with the best proposal, best price, and addressed my needs. Each of the other two firms tried to "up sell me" to include "bells and whistles" that I specifically did not want. The incumbent's price was also over $10,000 more than Harmon HVAC's bid... so much for being a loyal customer. After selecting Harmon HVAC, the installation took 3 days and was world-class. As a mechanical engineer, I pay special attention to the details and their work was some of the best work that I've ever seen in my 25+ year career in high tech engineering environments. Every aspect of working with Harmon HVAC is wonderful, from the friendly Office Manager (Mrs. Harmon) to working directly with the owner (Bruce Harmon) and his team."

"I have nothing but praises to sing for this company! Our heat stopped working on us last week right before the temp was expected to drop significantly. I checked Angie's List, found Air Temp Solutions, submitted my issue and within minutes I received a phone call to set my appointment. They sent over Rob Teixeira who was EXCELLENT!!!! He immediately detected the issue which was the flame sensor, fixed it and viola...we had heat again in no time! We are planning on doing further work with this company as we need to have an additional return grille installed. If you need fast and reliable heating or AC this company (and Rob) is who you should go with...you will not be disappointed!!!"
