"I own a minivan and I use it for work, I put a bunch of miles on it and it frequently needs repairs.  When it's down I can't work.  It's not the prettiest vehicle on the road but it's very important to my livelihood.   I had been to my old mechanic twice because I could smell gas when I drove my van and even when it was parked.  Both times I left my van there for several hours and was told there wasn't a fuel leak.  I don't even think they took more than five minutes to look at it each time.  I was frustrated so I came to Angies list to look for a new mechanic.  Joe's was highly rated so I decided to give them a try.  WOW what a difference!  I arrived late in the afternoon and  I was greeted immediately when I showed up, Joe gave me plenty of time to explain what was going on with my car.  He asked me to leave it overnight and he would look at it first thing in the morning.  He also asked if I needed a ride anyplace or if he could arrange a rental car for me.  A couple hours later I received a call from him, he had made time to look at it that evening.  He explained the repairs and gave me a quote.   <br /> My van was repaired by the end of business the next day.  Joe took the time to explain  the repairs, and provided me with a computer generated receipt, that I could actually read instead of the hand written scribble I'm used to getting at my old mechanic.  He let me know I could go online to his website at anytime and get a history of repairs and he explained the many benefits of using a Triple A approved and Napa Auto center.  I'm sold.  I have never been treated better at a mechanic shop and I'd been faithfully going to my old mechanic for several years and never experienced the level of professionalism and customer care that Joe's provided.  The shop is clean and the waiting room had wi-fi AND magazines other than Road and Track!    <br /> <br /> <br />"

"Very well.  I normally don't write reviews, but I have to say that I was very impressed with the vendor.  The owner is advanced for his years in terms of service, communication and professionalism.  I called him for a quote and he gave me a small window in which he'd show.  He called me ahead of times to let me know he was coming, and showed up exactly when he said.  He gave me a quote the same day.  Pipease wasn't the cheapest, but of the 5 quotes i got, they were 1 of the middle 3. We signed the contract and he was able to start work the next day on a full repipe project.  His crew started the next day early in the morning and worked to complete the job the same day.  At the end of the day, he gave me a thorough update of the work done and status.  <br> <br>The best part of his team's service was the professionalism.  I have tenants, and he was very courteous to them.  His crew laid down tarp as to not dirty the floors inside the house.  He kept them informed and was very courteous to them.  Makes my job easier.  Also, his team found a dryer vent pipe wasn't properly connected and fixed it even though it was not part of the original scope of service.  I believe that most plumbers would ignore the problem and just close up the wall.   <br> <br>Personally, I also appreciated the fact that his company is not too small (e.g. 1-2 man crew) and not too big (a call center that refers you to a network of plumbers).  I worked directly with him and his team, and they got the job done fast and well.  I would definitely use this company again.   <br> <br>"

"Two Days: That's all, it took to re-pipe our Townhouse! Day: The re-pipe workers descended upon our house at 8 AM and immediately went to work with all the precision of a rocket launch. Short story: the entire re-pipe took only one day and they were gone an cleaned up by 5 PM with the water on! Day 2: The drywall workers descended upon our house at 8 AM and immediately went to work with all the precision of a rocket launch. They patched up all the holes in the drywall throughout the house that were used the day before to run new water pipes. They were done, cleaned up and gone by 5 PM. Next day, I had to re-paint a couple walls, but no big deal. All the workers were nice people and easy to get along with - the price was very good as well! I heartily recommend Mr. Re-Pipe!"

"They came out when they said they would!  We have a duplex and one has a new stove, the other unit was getting the older stove.  The other unit was not getting gas to the heater or the stove.  He was able to get it working and made sure all of the units were functioning properly.  He even came back when we got the right hose size for the new stove to make sure it was connected properly. <br />"

"Benny & Son made a great team. Just the 2 of them. They were very honest, efficient, polite & professional. They went out and picked up an appropriate new utility faucet, Sent me a few photos with prices by phone so I could ***** & choose. Then, rather than yet another temp fix by running the snake down the drain, they ended up completely clearing all the sludge and build up of the drain pipes all the way out to the main drain by using a special high pressure water machine system they had. This had never been done or recommended before by anyone over the years. It was a very impressive & a much longer lasting solution. The solid awful build up of decades that came out of that pipe was astonishing. Another simple snake cleaning would have simply drilled a small hole through it all once again ...until next time. We haven’t had a single problem since. All is better than ever. At the same time, they put our gas meter up to code with the CA required earthquake auto shut off; which put our minds further at ease. They were fast, clean, informative and thorough while taking pride & responsibility in their work. They are a highly recommended plumber all around from our experience. I confidentially recommended them to a friend also needing service the very next day."

"The plumbing is working again.  Provider disconnected the leaking pipe section during the first day of service, allowing us to use both hot and cold water in parts of the house.   This allowed us to have a half functioning house until the problem was fixed a few days later.  This saved us from going to hotels or work for showers. <br /> Provider also cut out the sheetrock carefully, reducing the costs for refinishing the walls. <br /> Careful cleanup of the mess at the end. <br />"

"Bad leak in a Sunday night amd had to shut off water. Super responsive. Monday morning I called 1/2 hr before they opened and call was answered. Got a call back right away. That particular plumber was booked solid but after I explained problem he said he would see what he could do. Another plumber, Dan, called a few mins later. Said he could be there by noon maybe sooner. He was there at 10:30. Before noon my water service was restored. Timely, professional, fair price. They made sure I got helped asap. Could not be happier. <br />"

Javier who schedules the appointments, is a professional, and his customer service skills are impressive. Ed who was the plumber who came to our house and installed our new toilet and was the one who pointed out the musty smell at our front door and proved my suspicious correct when he suggested there could be a broken pipe underneath the house. Sure enough we indeed had a broken pipe, and it was the sewer line and it was underneath our house. He immediately called Giovanni and they both went to work as to analyze the problem and make suggestions of what needed to be done. Giovanni expertise and skills are excellent and told us exactly what needed to be done in order to fix the broken sewer line. Since it was later in the day, they couldn't work on the line until the next day. Ed ended up finishing installing our toilet and then came another problem. The toilet we purchased was defective and Ed was nice enough to come back after we came back from Lowe's with another toilet, so he could finish the installation. Ed did a fantastic job in installing the new toilet. He was courteous and highly skilled. Plotke Red Lilly Plumbing crew did a fantastic job with our toilet and the broken sewer line and there prices are really quite reasonable and I will definitely recommend and use them as our main plumbing company again. </p> <br />"
