"Called Eric, he called back within a couple of hours. Came over to my house that evening with a new hot water heater per my requested specs.. Got it installed in about 2 hours. He also rerouted my gas pipes to the new hot water heater to meet code. He also explained what he was doing and answered all my questions. I will call Gans Plumbing for any future plumbing needs."

"I was so pleased with the work Ben at BKM did for me. I had 2 toilets flushing slowly for a year that were only getting worse.He went the extra mile and returned when one of the toilets was better but not perfect and did some address work to get it back to regular speed. He was professional and courteous! I'll be hiring him again when future plumbing issues arise!"

"Plumber arrived at 2:15pm on 1/16/17 and left at 2:30pm.(15 min's). No replacement was made. The bonnet nut was tightened by hand on inside faucet only. Since no faucet was replaced, a credit should have been given, due to part of the deal. This had been previously reported to Angies List on 1/19/17 with no reply."
