Workmanship appears to be top-notch and the improvement in our water quality was immediate and very noticeable. Customer service after the install was outstanding as well - I called with some follow up questions a week later and he called me right back in less than 10 minutes (couldn't answer right when I called because he was in the middle of another install job). I would trust him to do work inside my house as he seems extremely honest and reputable. Price is good and being able to support a small, local, family-owned business is huge bonus for us too. That was back in September 2025; but that was not the rest of the story. Very shortly thereafter it became very apparent that my extremely hard well water was challenging the system. Once again the whole team including multiple back office specialists tried everything from changing the "regen" cycle frequency & lengths of time. Nothing seemed to completely make the results "Purfect". So the company added a Potassium-based module as an add-on, AT NO ADDITIONAL COST, and achieved what now has been operating for 2-3 months as a Purfect system. Wish there were more companies out there who would go the extra, extra mile to achieve quality results!"
