"I was quoted a price of $95 for cleaning 2 rooms - service was to include pre-treating, and cleaning under the couch/loveseat, etc. I was not home when the young child showed up to clean the carpet. Apparently he attempted to quickly run the steam cleaner without moving anyting (and without pre-treating). My wife asked about cleaning under the couch etc. She was informed that was the "next package up". The tech reluctantly agreed to move the couch & loveseat to clean under them. My wife asked about the stains that didn't come up in the high traffic areas. Once again, the tech claimed that pre-treating was included in the "next package up". When pressed, he agreed to only charge us $20 to get that area clean (instead of the normal $30). When he left, the carpet looked "OK" according to my wife. Final charge $124 - quoted price $95. I called the office and inquired generically what was included in the advertised package. I was told it included pre-treating and cleaning under the couch & loveseat. I then revealed that in fact I was inquiring about the job just completed, and the upcharges. KELLY - the phone answering person then switched her position and said we had to *ask* to get the furniture moved - no mention of any next level up package. After calling the tech she stated that he actually applied some special "enzyme", and that was $30. I never asked for any "enzyme" - I asked for the pre-treatment that ****I PAID FOR****. KELLY refused to make this right, and instead acted as if she could have cared less. Do yourself a favor - AVOID THIS BUSINESS AT ALL COSTS - they are *CROOKS* and *LIARS*. I have filed a claim with the BBB."

"When we discovered we had at least five inches of water in our crawl space under our house and a leak that needed immediate fixing, we were in a panic. Paramount Restoration and D'Andre to the rescue! D'Andre arrived, saw the situation, took immediate action, made sure that everything was secure (the equipment had to run for 24 hours), checked in to make sure everything was going as planned and was absolutely the best. He was professional, kind, courteous, and personable - the type of person you need in a chaotic spot. Now that the water is gone and the repair done, he's got a plan in place to put in dehumidifiers and make sure no mold will start growing. This brings such peace of mind as this house is so much more than just a building - it's our home. Paramount treats it as if it was theirs and D'Andre treats us like family! Thank God there are people like these still around! "

FAQs for indoor air quality testing projects in Lawrenceburg, IN

You should test your home's air quality if you or your family experience health problems like allergies or respiratory issues, as these could be linked to indoor contaminants. Also, consider testing if you're concerned about mold, radon, carbon monoxide, or if you've recently had home construction, demolition, excavation, or remodeling that could have released chemicals into your indoor air.

An indoor air quality test typically takes one to three hours to complete. After the inspection, you'll receive a detailed written report within two to 10 days. The evaluation includes comprehensive air sampling from all designated areas in your home. Your specialist will review the findings with you and provide clear guidance on steps to take if any issues are found, helping ensure your indoor environment meets health and safety standards.

A certified indoor air quality consultant or inspector is the right professional to perform your indoor air test. While some home inspectors have certifications, they often subcontract this specialized work to trained professionals with advanced tools. This expert will thoroughly evaluate air samples from every area in your home and clearly explain the findings to you. Be sure to confirm your tester's credentials before scheduling your service.
