For this job, the shower enclosure was "difficult" due to the acute roof angle.  He took his time working with me to find the best solution for a  problem we had been wrestling with for many years.
In the past he has replaced other windows, replaced a basement ceiling, installed light fixtures, repaired a front porch decking, etc. It is my feeling that Bob has saved us lots of money by repairing things we may have had to replace, had we not had someone who was able to look at an issue and see something that we did not see. "I pay a monthly fee to CHW for insurance against equipment failure. Over a month ago CHW sent a repair technician to fix both of my garage doors, the technician made an adjustment on one door and chanced the opener on the other. A week or so ago the second door failed to open. Yes, my door opener is old, but the Warrantee says, if it can’t be fixed it will be replaced. CHW paid the tech $100 and said the rest $200 is on me. Please tell me why I should stay with CHW if I have to pay 2/3rds of the cost to replace the door opener? On a separate issue: Granted I accepted CHW’s offer of a Lowe’s card to replace my dishwasher, because I was unaware of how much dishwashers sell for, it cost me an additional 300. Again, please give me a reason for staying with CHW"

Their team would go the extra mile to make sure my door was working correctly and even lubricated the door, rails, hinges when they were out. Bottom line: yes they were more expensive but I recommend them to others. Jim was great to deal with and was responsive. Knowing I have an opener installer who stands behind their work is worth the piece of mind for me. In addition, they installer was done in 45 minutes! Great work team.
