"From the beginning to the end of the project, Piper's Plumbing was courteous, attentive to our needs, their excavation crew was outstanding. As were the plumbing crew. There is a checks & balance system amount them. Nothing gets by them. If there is an additional leak, they hop on that quickly & repair it. pP pulled all the permits. I didn't have to worry about a thing."

"The price was right and they completed work as promised including covering outside pipes for freeze protection. Daniel was great to work with."

"I had a pipe leak under kitchen sink. Called for service about noon time on a Saturday. The plumber arrived arrived approximately 3:30 same day and replaced two sections of pipe. Plumber (Josh) was extremely courteous and quickly fixed the issue. This was my second time to use Nick's Plumbing services and both times was pleased with service."

"Everything went great. The technician (plumber?) showed up on time. Her performed the kitchen sink faucet repair and showed me how to do it in the future if the problem re-occurred. We added the outdoor spigot repair which required soldering a new length of pipe onto the original pipe. He was able to get this done quickly and well. The cost was a bit high, as it is with all plumbing work. We did not get competitive bids as we have used Alliance for years and have been extremely happy with their work, if not their prices.

"I was impressed at the professionalism, first of the office manager, Vicky, then of Emmanuel when he arrived with an apprentice. They wore uniforms and put slippers on over their shoes when they entered my house. Simple things but not everyone does that. Emmanuel was very knowledgeable, polite, and explained what needed to be done in an easy-to-understand manner. He answered all my questions. When they did the job, tarps were placed on the floors in the hallway and in the surrounding area of the hot water tank. They completed the installation in less time than I had anticipated, and they swept up the area. Emmanuel checked and double-checked everything to make sure it was in working order, and he did not leave until he was satisfied with his workmanship. Vicky, in the office, was friendly and professional and always available. The quote for the installation was not the lowest price I had been given, although it was very close. A couple of companies that I asked for quotes from, did not come to the house but gave me a verbal quote over the phone, one asked me to take pictures of the existing hot water tank. I do not think that is good enough. I felt 1-800-Plumber was the most professional and I felt they had integrity and honesty. I would hire this company again for any plumbing jobs."

Usually, the two most important questions you want to be answered are? What?s wrong? ?And? How much is it going to cost? At Luke's Plumbing, we don?t have a problem giving you a price over the phone. Many Houston homeowners who call us are frustrated because they have called other Houston plumbing service companies and have gotten a run-around when it came to getting a price. It is sad to admit that our industry is plagued with plumbers who intentionally will not give you a price or even a ballpark estimate over the phone because they want to get in your home where they can pressure you face to face into spending more than you should. One of the highest numbers of complaints to consumer protection agency is for home improvement and service companies.. Plumbing license: MPL 37466. A/C license: TACLB 53102E. "Michael from Heaton Plumbing did an excellent job in finding and fixing a gas pipe leak inside the house. Just wish he had tried to isolate the leak as being in the house or in the pipe coming into the house from the meter. Ended up just replacing the main pipe to the house first. Then found the problem was inside the house."

"The plumber did a excellent job installing the tankless gas water heater."
