I didn't really believe him since it was on our property, and the water meter was located in the sidewalk area. He told me he had done a lot of these, and he would recommend that I call the city. I called the city, and they INDEED said that it was the city's water main and that they would be fixing the issue. Thank you, ROTO, for the help. I really appreciated it. Shari Childs."

"Wonderful! The HVAC crew were excellent! Professional, knowledgeable, experienced, and efficent! They came in, evaluated the job, then got right to work. First day replaced the furnace, it was up and running by the end of the day. Day 2 they started installing the A/C unit. Every day they cleaned up, making sure we, and our grandchildren would be safe, leaving nothing dangerous. The entire crew HVAC, Plumber, gas piper, and electrician were conscientious of keeping our carpet, and house clean, taking off shoes, or donned bootees. Every step of the work being done was explained, double checked that it was what we wanted. Beau the plumber was excellent! He hated telling me that the old pipes were in need of replacement. I knew this was a high likelihood, as the house is over 69 years old. And the pipes were original. He got right to work, he made sure we had running water before he left all but one day. Which was very nice. The water heater move and install went fast! He found the basement bathroom had pipes that were illegal in homes. He was advantageous in having me call the county, as he was certain the basement bathroom was not legal. He spent over 4 hours pleading the case with the county for allowing him to fix the problems found. The county agreed to let him fix the bathroom, and they certified it. (If he hadn't done this, likely the county would have ordered the bathroom completely gutted, and plans submitted for a complete rebuild!) A huge thank you to Beau!!! The rest of the work is now complete. We only have Sheetrock to repair, Roth was able to recommend "The Patchman" and he will start Thursday. Roth Heating and Cooling is a wonderful local company! I look forward to a long relationship with them!"

"Jim showed up at my house the next business day after our phone conversation and provided a free estimate (some plumbing contractors charge to estimate a job.) My water heater was working fine, but it was about 20 years old so I wanted to replace it so as not to have to do it in a rush situation. I also wanted a shut-off valve installed on the main water line in my cellar, and a have valve added so I can drain my water lines. Jim offered some good suggestions for how to install the valves, and gave me a price that I thought was very reasonable. The following week, David showed up to do the plumbing. The work was done quickly and professionally, and I am very satisfied with the job. Evergreen Plumbing is a very good locally owned company, and I will recommend them to friends, and hire them for any future plumbing projects.

"Blakely did the plumbing work on a new bath that we put in last year (everything turned out great!), so we were familiar with the company when we called them for this additional service for the old bathroom. Initial inspection was performed by Mr. Blakely himself; followup installation was done by his assistant. Both are cordial and professional in manner. Work was completed well and in a timely fashion. We also discussed a longer-term project to replace our kitchen sink, and were invited to visit the Blakelys' own kitchen to view one faucet option. Not the kind of treatment you'd get from Lowe's! Would definitely recommend this business.

"Called about leak Sunday morning. Plumber came out Monday, determined it needed replacement and notified Choice, who approved claim and permitted plumber to order new water heater. Thursday new water heater was installed. Was kept updated every day by both Choice and the plumber. Workers left my garage clean and I have hot water. "We started using II-S Mechanical in October 2012 when a sump pump gave
out, and we were lucky to get an employee named Don whose knowledge,
professionalism and attention to detail were greatly appreciated.  He
replaced that sump pump and then, though not originally a part of the
work to be done, closely examined another older sump pump, explaining
the problems with this older pumps current set-up and giving us
practical estimates on replacement.  We knew that older pump would need
replacement and we depend greatly on that pump.  So, since we were very
satisfied with Don's work, we had II-S Mechanical/Don replace that
second pump. Again, he was very detailed and neat in his work, and both
pumps are working great.  We have real peace of mind knowing the work
was done right.  We've also had Don replace two sink faucets, one of
them which was a difficult, arduous job because the old faucet was
rusted and hard to remove.  Throughout that work, Don acted good-natured
and professional throughout the challenging work.  We have not yet
worked with another employee from this company, but if they're like Don
then you can't go wrong with this company.

I have what I feel is a brand new kitchen. I was going to go with all new and my friend said to check out the refacing. It was less than half, and I bought new sink and faucet, range, and fridge with the savings. They arranged for the installation of the fixtures so that made everything easy on me. Three days instead of over a month of tear out and mess. They did extras for me at no charge, small things but meant a lot to me being older. Very happy!"
