"Required plumbing services due to a leaking pipe at the main water line shut-off valve located within the outside wall of our home. Viking was highly recommended by a party that just recently had used them.  We contacted them, provided pictures of the problem, and were given a quote over the phone.  First company who gave a quote from looking at the picture, we didn't have to pay extra for a trip charge.  We scheduled repairs for the next day.  Aaron called before scheduled time with ETA and was on time.   He was very informative, courteous and helpful. He constantly updated us throughout the repair cycle as to findings discovered once the wall was opened with options. Aaron has pride in his work and reputation. We learned so much from him.  A fine young man, which says a lot about his parents. "Really appreciated that they could come on the same day that we contacted them. We were advised by our local water company that our usage had gone way up and they thought we might have a leak. Having someone respond so quickly and determine that there was no leak really put our minds at ease within about four hours of our original call."

"I had a sewer blockage and they came to give me an estimate. They also used some kind of scanning device to find a leak. The tore out a tree and dug a trench where they said the leak was. There was no evidence of any leak. Everything was totally dry. However, in digging the hole they broke the pipe so I had to have them fix that. I am 76 years old and these guys took advantage of me. They had me over a barrel because it was late in the day and unless I let them fix it then I would have been without water or toilet. They pressured me to get the job done. They did not even have the part. This is a fly by night company. They had to go to Home Depot to get a simple connector that any plumber would have had in their truck. And then they stuck me for $2500 which I paid. I didn't want any trouble. But now I've changed my mind. They can't be allowed to prey on Senior Citizens. I've reported them to BBB but that's a waste of time. I think that since they created a problem where there was none, I should get all of my $2500 back."

This remodel involved blowing out walls,, creating an arch entrance, and moving the kitchen foot print as well as painting, flooring, electrical etc. Kevin our GC was very detailed and communicated well with us throughout the entire process! When a few hiccups happened along the way Kevin was quick to fix and resolve the issue. All the work was done at a very professional level. Go ahead and call South Shore! You won’t be disappointed!"

"I decided it was time to re-do my old, outdated, ugly master bathroom. I initially thought I would try to save money and hire a DIY/one-man fixer upper, but soon realized that was taking up too much of my time and I could never find anyone dependable. I did some research and found S&W Kitchens (Longwood showroom). I liked that they were family owned and had been around for a long time. My first encounter was with Amy who would be my design lead. Our first meeting was to talk about the whole process of what and how working with S&W Kitchens would entail. She was very thorough and made things very easy to understand. Once we got through that stage, meetings were set up discuss my vision of what the bathroom would look like. I did have several photos and a concept of what I was wanting to do which did help in that process, as well as helpful suggestions from Amy. Once everything was decided, Amy did a fantastic job in every aspect of putting together the materials that were needed to begin the job and following through to completion. My next point of contact was with Adam who was the construction supervisor. He arranged and scheduled the various trade subcontractors and always kept in touch with me on who would be showing up and when. If I had any issues during the renovation Adam was there to answer any questions, fix any problems, and make sure I was pleased with how things were going. "I made an appointment for a one-piece Kohler toilet removal and installation of a new Kohler Tresham toilet estimate initially, after getting an estimate from Angi for same quote for $194.00. "Eddie" came out and was very professional and highly skilled (had installed this toilet model many times) and shocked me with the price quote of $400! I negotiated and got an offer for $350 and proceeded with the install. It took this professional one hour to remove and install new toilet. He hauled away the old toilet as well. I would love to have "Eddie" as my plumber for everything but will not be doing business with this company in the future because of the exorbitant and unfair charges. It was explained to me that this was a specialty toilet but one piece toilets traditionally are less expensive labor wise to install."
