"Very detailed and informative. Explained what repairs were needed and why. Trusted service provider."

"On the pricier side, but the tech they sent out to look at the A/C diagnosed the problem in about 10 minutes and was up front about their price to make the necessary repairs. While I did not have them perform the repair itself the service call was worth it for the quick and accurate diagnosis."

"all employees very friendly and helpful. explained repairs costs, etc. came out as soon as they could and ordered parts needs. Have bought central air conditioning products for 20 yrs with them."

"The service was phenomenal. Mike was extremely professional, knowledgeable and very friendly. Just to note: we looked through 4 or 5 local A/C repair businesses, and read reviews before choosing The Air Doctor, Looking for someone to give us an honest evaluation without costing us an arm and a leg. Mike was perfect. Told us every step along the way what he was doing and what needed to be done. Within an hour our A/C was back up running. Just a wonderful experience."

"I had such a great experience with Indoor Mechanical. I had to get my AC unit replaced along with all new duct work. The price was very reasonable and the work was done on time. They have great customer service, were honest, and hardworking. This was an expensive project but they helped to make it a little less painful. I recommend them to anyone who needs hvac repairs."

"Look no further than Mike Davis at Beach Town Heating & Air for anything you might need to do with your heating or AC systems. He has serviced our units here in Kure Beach for a few years. Mike is SUPER knowledgeable with his craft, he's industry credentialed, is always on time, he's reasonable for pricing his expertise, and is just an all around great guy. You won't ever need to hire anyone else."

"We installed a 12,000 BTU split AC system to cool an enclosed balcony in our 70 year old church. The installation was much more difficult than at first appeared. A special drill was rented to bore a 3 inch hole through a full foot of extremely hard brick. This took a couple of extra hours. Then electric connections had to made running about 100 feet through a crawl space crowded with central AC ducts installed by another company. This was extremely difficult and time consuming. When it was all done the entire job took several hours more than projected. Advanced Air stuck by their original estimate even though it was obvious that they lost their profit on this job due to the unanticipated difficulties. The management and workers were careful and respectful throughout the process. The final result was attractive, functional and all the difficulties were out of sight. Great job!!!"
