"Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. I would recommend this company to my family./friends and will use again."

"The entire process could not have gone more smoothly.  I called Stephen and he returned my phone call within the hour.  I described the area that I wanted to have cleaned and he came out the next day to give me a free estimate.  His estimate was reasonable and he was able to accommodate my schedule by coming out to do the clean up the next week.  He arrived promptly at 8:00 am - the agreed upon time - to let me know that he was there and if there were any last minute changes to the job.

He did a fantastic job and cleared away all of the brush, debris, etc.  Even better, I was only to send the payment provided I was satisfied with his results!  Who does that these days??

"Our experience with All Phases Mechanical has been excellent. On the first occasion we used APM, we lost heat during a cold snap in the middle of winter. We called in the morning and a technician arrived that afternoon and quickly determined that not only was our 20 year old furnace in need of expensive repairs (which a friend of ours in the construction industry validated), but continuing to run it would potentially result in a carbon monoxide hazard to my family. Carl gave us clear options and helped us understand benefits (rebates, no interest loans, etc.) that are available from the state to assist families in our predicament. We decided to move forward with a new furnace and Carl's team installed it the next day. On the second occasion, APM helped us our central air conditioning system. Again, Carl sent a technician who arrived promptly the same day, who determined that the air conditioning system was fine but it wasn't working properly due to faulty wiring. He quickly fixed it and was on his way - all at no charge. I can't say enough about All Phases Mechanical. "They were very responsive and were able to be out here within a week. The service was great and quick, the previous owners of our home smoked and after the cleaning the smell was gone. They explained everything they were doing and were careful not to chip any paint or damage our wooden vents."

"The work was completed in 2 1/2 days in a professional manner.  The crew were hard working and professional. When they were done, they had cleaned up the work areas and checked all their work.  We were able to correctly identify the breakers and create a chart to keep in the box.  The house was built in 1904 with gas lights originally.  Wiring was redone with some upgrades over the decades.  The old wiring was adequate at best, but with little rhyme or reason the to what was on which circuit. No major rewiring was needed in the house.   I found Omar  easy to work with, knowledgeable, and very professional. He provided we with all the necessary licenses and insurance certificates and was always available if needed.  He personally checked all the work done.  I would definitely use him again.
