"Respectable, educated, professional, ethical. Saved me a bundle with his honesty, no repair or replacement needed. Very highly recommend Cham."

"This was a great experience from start to finish! My AC system broke, and Kathy was here within an hour or so to take a look and give me a quote. After some due dalliance of. Getting prices from 3 other companies, I choose Westin Air. Very impressive install. Everything is neat and clean, and I think they left my basement cleaner than they found it! Bottom line is great response, great service, a great system all at a great price!"

"Really appreciate the great service we received from Logan, from the sales consultant to the installation. Everyone was very respectful and did a great job working with us. We are also very impress with the HVAC sold to us, this house has never been this cool in the summer, even the upstairs is very comfortable. Sometimes we have to turn the thermostat up a degree or two where we are too cold. The old unit never did that. Received all our warranty paperwork in a timely manner. Very great service."

"This company anlways sends someone asap. Repair only took about half hour. Service person is as knowledgeable and willing to explain the problems to me. He was very polite as well."

"Excellent!!! I highly recommend CARE Heating and Cooling. Starting with excellent customer service when contacting CARE to the attention and commitment to ensure the issue or problem is fixed and corrected by the tech Shane, I am extremely satisfied. Thank you Shane and CARE for a job well done!!!"

"Excellent service and repair. Very communicative."

"John (AMS Commercial Services owner/operator) got in touch with me quickly, set a time to come out the next day (not an emergency), and told me what his competitive charge rate is, and he arrived the next day on time. John is competent, fast, friendly, and courteous, and most importantly he's honest; he didn't try to sell me a new furnace or any other services I didn't need. He installed the new motor, checked, cleaned, and fine-tuned my furnace, as well as answering several questions I had regarding a couple of other related issues. If your furnace or AC is on the fritz, don't hesitate to give John a call."

"Heat went out! It is winter - - - 32 degrees and dipping into the teens tomorrow. Needed immediate help. Called for emergency service on a Sunday night at 10 PM. They were out within a few hours and got it done. Fair and reasonable pricing. Had heat back by 2 AM!! Everyone else was closed or the 24/7 emergency service was really just an answering service and someone will call back tomorrow. THANK YOU GUYS!!!!!"

"Was quoted 12000.00 or so to repair all sewer pipes under crawl space. When I thought work was completed, the repairman came into home holding copper pipes.said they found 4 more leaks and charged me another 4000.00 or so.Also entrance to crawl space not completely covered when work was completed. This will allow animals ,my cat entrance to the crawl space.I had given a good review for this company, but on further review and time to rethink the process I would not hire again.I realize this was a tough job & they spent 4 days here but not happy with the additional $4000 charge, nor the entrance to crawl space not repaired properly ."

"Buckeye Heating & Cooling provided a free second opinion after an original technician came out misdiagnosed the problem we were having with our central AC. The Technician from Buckeye (Dustin) spent more time looking over the system and correctly identified the issue which was missed by the original company we called. This alone saved me $250 by avoiding a "leak check" which would have not yielded anything as the issue in our central AC was a faulty part. They provided a few different options with transparent pricing to correct the issue and were easy to get ahold of / communicate with. I also liked that they confirmed the appointment and sent details of the technician who would be arriving in advance of the meeting taking place, great system! I highly recommend Buckeye Heating and Cooling, we will be sticking with them going forward."
