We were dreading the installation process but these guys made it completely painless! If I have to dock anything, it would be a failure to communicate between the main office and installation regarding rain. A few days prior to the original installation day, there was a 70-80% chance of rain on installation day. The main office insisted that a decision would not be made until the day of. "Our brick ranch house was in need of TLC on the old fiber board siding, which my wife and I have painted four times ourselves. We wanted to make the exterior maintenance free with a good quality vinyl siding. We contacted five separate companies, four of which were listed in Angie’s list, to get estimates. We chose The Home Improvement Co. They were neither the highest nor the lowest estimate. We based our decision on the reviews in Angie’s list, pictures of the work that had been accomplished on other jobs, and Matt’s straight forward honest presentation. Matt convinced us that one of the most important details of this work is an experienced crew that knows how to work with the material. We had chosen the insulated backed vinyl siding. The crew (Kevin and Rueben) and Matt arrived Friday and started the demolition on the west side of the house. We were having all the old siding removed and replaced with new board, moisture barrier, and the vinyl siding. They completed that side including cleanup in one day. The whole job was completed by the following Friday. The crew was great. They were friendly and professional, and they worked well together as a team. They answered any question we had and honored any request we made. They also wrapped all the windows and doors with aluminum coil. They transformed the exterior of our home. We are completely satisfied. We comment to each other every time we pull into the driveway how good our home looks now. We still plan on replacement windows and a new back door. The Home Improvement Co. will be first on our list for consideration. Thank you, Matt, Kevin, and Rueben, for a job well done."

"After the purchase, Joe had no issue with me taking some time to schedule due to a busy life.  When I called to schedule it was PROMPT, he booked me that next week.  Communication has been superb; he lets you know the next steps and what to expect. All of his staff were punctual, polite, and professional.  I have plants and lights around the house; they moved and protected them really well!  Not a flower petal damaged.  (Although I am SURE they wondered about the tub of "dirt" they moved from my patio.  It was worms, guys!  I compost with them!  :)  )  They started promptly at 7 am and finished at about 7pm.  LONG DAY, but they didn't slow down or miss anything.  After clean up, you couldn't even tell anyone had been there; in fact my driveway looks better than before they started.  
Joe came back the next day (again...60 mile drive!) to inspect and make sure I was satisfied.  Payment was easy and he was fine with any method anyone might chose.  
Looking back on it, I had no idea what to expect, never having re-roofed a house before.  He made the process simple and easy.  VERY pleasant to work with.

"Eric did an excellent job -- and some of our windows on upper story are hard to reach --but Eric had the ladders to do the job correctly and make the windows sparkle. Also did a good job on the awnings - including removal of green algae/ moss on parts of the awnings. We plan to engage Hamilton County Services for our needs in the future.
