In Spring of 2016 I contacted the Leaky Cellar due to a modest leak from a storm in an area they had previously repaired (warranty support). Staff on site were pleasant and professional and performed the repair quickly. Shortly after they left I noticed that they had dripped product on carpet in my basement hallway and stairwell when they exited.
