"I used Foundation One to lift my drive way in my recently purchased house. It had sunken enough that I was unable to pull into the garage. Josh and his partner came out for two days and lifted the concrete of the driveway, the sidewalk, and the porch and now it looks great. It was a good price too. "The repair went well. I had the classic front stoop with a portico on top that was supported by foundation wings instead of a wall so the stoop pulled away from the house. The wings are not strong enough to support that much weight. In my opinion, the builder should have installed full foundation walls under the porch to support the porch, steps and attached sidewalk properly. The pulling away of the stoop was actually a drop or lever inside the wall resulting in a half moon crack in the basement wall that surrounded the outside steps. Pro Foundation piered the steps, in 5 degree weather which was impressive, and sealed the cracks inside the basement wall. Another company wanted to install 5 piers inside the basement to straighten it up but I chose not to due to cost, the visual aspect of having support beams and time."

"Lance did foundation repair consisting of adding a deadman anchor system along one of our poured concrete foundation walls. Lance was right on time to provide the initial quote, provided the quote that day and was competitively priced. He was able to schedule us within 1 week and completed all of the work ahead of time, which was amazing. We were very happy with the quality of work. Also, Lance cleaned and swept up everything in the basement after he was done. Lance checked with us several times to make sure we were happy with the quality of work.
