"The project went great and was completed on time. Denis is a hardworking, smart and proved to be a trustworthy problem solver. He resolved many unexpected issues that were uncovered in the demolition economically, producing a great product. The bathroom shower and tub had to be replaced, as well as toilet and lighting and all fixtures changed. Walls were repaired and painted. additionally, Denis's crew also painted the entire apartment to include refinishing the bathroom and kitchen cabinets. I am pleased with his work and highly recommend him."

"They make life easy and projects exceptional. Grateful to have them in Lexington, SC! We worked with Palmetto Renovations from fall of 2023 through February of this year and we should have connected with their design specialty showroom and staff years ago as our home has never looked better. Our kitchen finally features real stone quartzite with a blend of stunning LVP waterproof flooring, elegant tiled backsplash and an entirely new lighting system from chandeliers to the under cabinet lighting. They replaced a window in the bay area to match the exterior clad. All trim was stained and by the time things were wrapped up, there were no imperfections to even address. It was an experience to brag about."

"The service was wonderful. This is a rental and I live out of state and Darryl took care of everything for me. He even handled the insurance company appropriately! He made this roof repair an easy experience for me."

"Mack designed, ordered materials, provided labor and finished the job in a timely manner (2 weeks and 3 days).
I paid 1/3 up front, 1/3 when the walls and ceiling was complete and the final 1/3 when I was completely satisfied with the results.
I did go down to the county office to purchase the building permit. "

"This company provided excellent service.  I had a mail box that needed repairs and reinstalled.  This company professionally repaired my mail box.  They added new parts, cement, and paint to give my mail box a new look.  Further, they added weather stripping to my garage door to block a gap.  My garage door did not reach the ground due to uneven pavement.  I would definitely use this company again for future repairs.

"Damian and his workers were available almost immediately and the work he provided was excellent. Reliable and hardworking and I’d definitely recommend them."

"Arrived on time and while Mike got busy power washing the house and driveway, Christian handled a number of indoor tasks such as fixing a cabinet door and curtain rod. He installed a new laundry door that first needed trimming to fit the space and figured out that a ceiling fan was not really broken thus saving me $$$. He also inspected the water heater (20 years old) and relayed that it was still in good working order. When I do replace it I will call CHC for sure. Thanks guys!!"

"The gentleman was quick and thorough. The job top notch."

"Overall fantastic experience! Project turned out better than expected. Dean and his crew were very professional, responsive, flexible, and provided excellent craftsmanship. He took our idea for a covered patio and brought it to the next level. Would recommend for any project and we will be using them again for other services."

"I worked with Apex Construction for both the design and construction of my renovations project. We converted our pole building into a mother-in-law suite. It turned out even better than I expected. It can be difficult finding people whose quality and integrity you can trust at a fair price. I will definitely use Apex again and again."
