He had a replacement on hand, though the issue was the fan as well. Travis made sure to keep me informed of parts availability (fan vendor closed on weekends), and text me updates. If his arrival time changed, he made sure to let me know. The new fan is more powerful, to provide better cooling. He noticed my refrigerant pressure was low as well, and made sure to fill it up. Travis was friendly and easy to talk to. His price was very reasonable, including all parts and multiple hours of labor over two days. My system is working well and cooling better than before. All set for the summer heat!"

"I needed the splash guard replaced on my 2007 Honda Civic in a hurry because it was dragging on the ground. My boyfriend and I have been regular ABS Unlimited Auto Repair customers for about two years, so he called them on Columbus Day to see if they could squeeze me in. They said to come right in. When we went in, Tom took a look at it, called the Honda dealership and ordered the part. ABS had it installed by the afternoon. The service was great.
The extraordinary part came when I went to pick up the car. My bumper had become detached on the drivers side a few years ago when I was parked at the Metro. "Our sump pump stopped working unexpectedly on Saturday, February 10 so I called Jerry's knowing they have 24 hour emergency service and our first experience with Jerry's was very positive. Due to the fact that it was raining all day and would be into the weekend, there was no time to contact my home warranty company. When I called (late Saturday afternoon), Jerry answered the phone and had his on-call technician get in touch with me immediately. Steve, the on-call technician, arrived within the hour. He assessed the situation and confirmed that our sump pump had to be replaced. Steve was polite, thorough and professional. He cleaned the interior of our sump pump and installed a new product that was clearly much higher quality than the previous one.
