"Log the time they come in and leave: they will overcharge you a LOT!!! They may also have to come (like for me) three times before they advise you to replace the unit. But they will still charge you for everything pointless that they did before then. First visit: Added R22 and left. It didn’t work ($377.50) Second and third visits: Replaced capacitor and left. We had to hire another company. They also mis-sized a walk-in freezer due to bad measurements and blamed their supplier. When shown proof it was undersized, they argued with no solution.
