Arrived promptly, and diagnosed the problem quickly. Replaced the connector on the water line, tested it, working properly, all set! "Replaced the original AC Unit(at least 25yr old), added a new humidifier to furnace and a new smart thermostat. The original guy who did repair work, Phil, was knowledgeable but at the end of the day wanted to sell anything he can. He had convinced me I was able to get rebates through ComEd for upgrading AC unit and adding the smart thermostat. At this time, I have been unable to get any rebates because he failed to mention I need to also have a furnace that qualifies and there was no receipts on the thermostat to claim that rebate. The day of the install, the guys that were here, did great work. They installed everything and added a damper to furnace(which does not work that great). When the guy installed the thermostat, he installed the wrong one and i had to show him the work order for the correct one. He left and it took a week for him to return to install the correct one. He also left with all the boxes."

"CJ Russell was the first company to call me reference this work. He seemed honest and scheduled time to look at what needed to be done. James came out. i showed him the steel door I wanted replaced with another steel door. i showed him the paint color i wanted. James made necesary calls to find the door. He painted the door then installed it one day later. The color looks great and so does the door! James also replaced hardware on a closet door and adjusted another door so it smoothly slides now. James did a great job and cleaned up after all work was completed. His pricing was reasonable and his work is of good quality. i would hire him again. l"

"I am an 80 year old veteran and the Handy Veteran Kevin asked if I would write a review. I was very pleased with all work done by Kevin and Teko. They installed new garage door, new steps from garage to first level, replaced stainless steal sink and faucet, and doorknobs throughout. Also, stopped all the floor squeaks because my house is over 50 years old. Kevin also repaired rod iron rail at the bottom of my exterior steps. Teko removed paneling and painted one bathroom and installed new stool and second bathroom with new stool and replaced all door handles. I was very pleased with all work done. Kevin and Teko were very easy to work with and I would hire them again in a heartbeat."

"I received prompt quotes for all tasks requested and prices were reasonable. All appointments scheduled in a short timespan and both Andy, the owner, and workers consistently arrived as scheduled. I initially contacted Andy to help locate a shower pan to meet my needs, and he suggested a cultured marble base that worked out well. Since I couldn't install the base myself, I hired HMMH to do the installation and also had them do the rough plumbing at the same time. I then engaged HMMH to deliver, hang, and tape and mud the drywall -- nearly 100 sheets total. Cement board was used in the shower and greenwall was used in the rest of the bathroom. Drywall was used elsewhere including the bedroom and bathroom ceilings. The workers were very efficient and the muddling was excellent with virtually no major or minor defects requiring touch up. I then had HMMH install tile in the bathroom shower and floor, and for a hearth and surround for a fireplace. For the tilework, Andy sent Heath who is very meticulous as is required for good outcomes with tile."
