I understand that professional services and parts can incur significant costs, it is unreasonable that the part alone could account for the entire charge without any supporting documentation. "Brian responded promptly with a fair price for replacing my gas hot water tank. He kept me informed when he picked up the new tank as well as when he was en route to my home. He installed the new hot water tank quickly and wiped up the water when he was done. I will use his services again when needed."

"Superb. We needed to change our water heater and were recommended to go with Clark Plumbing. Bill and his team gave us a great quote and they came to change the tank within the week. They are good honest people and only charge and replace what needs to be replaced (unlike other plumbers you might find around here). I could tell they are really knowledgeable and passionate about their work by the way they explained the physics and engineering of our system. Great to work with them and highly recommend."

"I needed 2 backflow preventers replaced , a water heater repaired and a to0ilet repaired. I had a quote from a very famous local plumbing/heating company for $4000! I called Doug for a second opinion and he came in at HALF the price!! and that was AFTER I showed him the first quote! He didn't seem surprised at all about the first quote. Not only was he half the price but he pointed out that my 6 year warranty on my water heater had 6 months left and said I could get a new one thru that warranty for $100!!! He took care of going thru the company getting me the new heater. He completed the job in a few hours. I will NEVER call another plumber again! My recommendation is to run, not walk, to get Doug for your needs. On top of that he is so very nice. I would give 10 stars if I could."
