"When I called for service they had immediate availability and I appreciated the polite service that I received when I made the call. They came out exactly when they said, the worker was polite and thorough while explaining what needed to be done and what the cost would be. The job was completed in a timely manner and they did their best to clean up the mess. We did have some cleaning to do after they left but unclogging two bathroom sinks is a messy job. I would highly recommend John Henry’s plumbing."

"AC was having major issues on a Friday evening on one of the hottest day of the year. Called Doug he had the issue diagnosed over the phone and was at our house within 10 minutes. Took one look at the unit ran back to his van and had the part stocked. AC was back up and running in minutes.
