"Sunday March 28, 2021 I had the pleasure of working with Aqua Doctors Plumbing at 1304 Eastview Drive Waukegan, IL 60085. At home there were two (2) small gas leaks at connection points with my furnace and the stove. They were the first to reply when I initiated the request for quotes on Saturday 3/27. They scheduled an appointment for the next day between 11-1 pm. They arrived at the beginning of the window of time they quoted (yippee). I was prepared to provide shoe covers due to the pandemic. They were respectful of safety measures and had their own shoe covers and masks in hand already. Bravo! Chris and Rob were very good at providing and explanation of services to be rendered. A consultative approach was used and appreciated. They did not talk down to you as the client/non-plumber in the room. They worked expeditiously and thoroughly resolving both issues. "I had a leak under my kitchen sink. Arslan had to search to find the cause of the leak, which he did locate; it was at the shut-off valve. H purchased the valve and installed it. No more leaks. I also called him about a gas pipe issue for a new stove. He said there was no problem with the gas pipe. He said if the installer still had a problem installing the new stove to call him and he would come back and install the new stove. I have used Arslan before to install a water filtration system under my kitchen sink and he did an excellent job. I would gladly recommend him and use him in the future."

"John was very responsive with options for water heater replacement, including providing a quote after options were discussed and working the installation into the schedule. Communicating with John via the Home Advisor site was quick and easy and John's communications were clear and to the point. John asked for pictures to plan the work that were shared with his team and they arrived on-time and completed the work. Two particular items of note related to the service quality: (1) the installation team cleaned up the piping from previous installations and installed a shut-off lever, rather than a shut-off valve (the previous valve had frozen open) and (2) the lead installer returned to the site, when the kitchen faucet wasn't flowing to clear out the line - after having noted to call, should there be any issues, once the water heated up in the tank, noting that would take approximately 30 minutes. The pricing was fair - we compared - and the service absolutely top notch. We will look to use J. Plumbing again - the entire experience was a pleasure with a good price and a great job done.
