Reaching the two years for further fix, warranty, and resolution and no response despite 20+ year product warranty and a workmanship guarantee from AMazing exteriors. Have contacted the offfice, repeatedly sent to warranty voicemail texted owner on his phone he answered until 2023, and emailed owner in repeat, and no call back or resolution the past two years. Reached a Facebook Chat and woman said she would Schedule A walk through on Monday, but no one has responded, reached out, and once again non action this week. Appauled. Two years is not decent to customer or for customer service, business integrity To a contract and warranty, extends no respect ignoring a ciatomer 2 years, and not even legal practice to not respond to warranty needed work. Work with a warranty responsibility. "

"Three guys came out and they did an absolutely BEAUTIFUL job, in 102 degree heat no less! Our pool and deck was completely remodeled 6 years ago and the mastic had degraded/pulled away in several places, especially along the retaining wall where there has been some movement and where there wasn't much “base” underneath the mastic to support it. After stripping out all the old mastic and cleaning/scraping the edges, MM filled all of the gaps with enough sand to provide a solid base before pouring the mastic. They then brushed sand over all the mastic to give it a nice textured finish that matches our roughly taupe-colored deck. They also did an amazing job at minimizing how much "stray" sand got spread around on the deck, which was easily vacuumed up 24 hours later. In summary, we couldn’t be happier with the quality of this job as well as the professionalism of everyone involved including Teresa at the office!"
