"This installer was great. We only had one miscommunication when he arrived. He saw the Garage Door Opener I had already purchased and felt it wasn't the best for my door. All I would suggest in calling them is to make sure they know what you have on hand so they can give you their feedback then and there and you can think about it. For me, he showed up and I didn't want to cancel the appt and get new hardware so I had him install it as is. Note, I think it works great. His work was excellent and I have no concerns with it. I have a double-wide single solid door and I have a belt drive now vs my old chain drive. He suggested a screw drive for the door, or to replace it with a segmented rolling door. I have other friends with what I have now and they have not had issues. But I appreciated the installer's professional opinion."
