He made a couple of additional recommendations regarding our aging pipes and unsupported water heater overflow tank while he was here, but didn't push any services. He was also great when our giant, hyper dog got inquisitive and came over to say hi. The price was a little more than we were expecting, mostly because the awkward space he had to fit the sink into required some extra time and parts from his truck, but seemed to be in line with what we had seen while researching our plumbing options."

"as installed in 2010, which is correctThe plumbers did arrive about 1 hour and 40 minutes into the 2 hour window.  I explained the problem.  They asked me to show where the drain went in the basement.  They estimated it was about 55 feet from the kitchen sink that would need to be cleaned.  They said they would perform a whole house plumbing inspection while there.  While one plumber worked on the drain the other checked for natural gas leaks, there were none, and checked the water heater.  They told me the water heater was installed in 2010, which is correct.  He also told me the anode rod needed replacing.  I googled anode rods and found 2 references from plumbing supply companies that verified everything he told me.  They also sold me an enzyme to maintain the drain.

"Discouraged in my search for someone to remodel my bathroom, I stopped by the Re-bath facility in Fenton to ask questions. Angie met me at the door and was very pleasant while she explained the process and the product - no high pressure at all. Impressed by what I saw and heard, I scheduled an appointment for an in-home estimate. Linda was my design consultant. She showed up on time and brought all of her samples with her. We had a great time picking out my products (shower/bath, vanity, countertop, flooring, hardware). Linda had fantastic ideas for my space, and measured accurately. A few days later my product was ordered and approximately 4 to 6 weeks later Angie called with an install date. Brendan was my installer. He showed up on time, was very friendly, organized, detailed and neat. He completed the project in 2 1/2 days. He explained the process as he went and made sure I understood how to properly care for my product. He also communicated very well the timeframe of the process as he proceeded. The finished product exceeded my expectations and as a result, I scheduled an appointment with Linda for my second bathroom remodel. Linda did a great job of coordinating the two bathrooms. We selected the same products, but with a variation of colors. Again, Brendan was my installer and did an amazing job. And mind you he had to carry my product up three flights of stairs! If you are considering a bathroom remodel, I encourage you to consider Re-bath. They are professionals that are comparably priced and offer long-term warranties."

"I purchased the $30 promotion for a hour of service. The owner showed up with an employee. They installed the water heater and unclogged the drain in 2 hours. I paid $170 plus the $30 promotion through Angie's List. I saved over $500 compared with the plumber that I had previously planned on using. I had a small connection problem on the water heater. "We had Jones Air & Water come out to install filtration and replace a catalytic core system that we had installed to prevent descaling. In our situation, we had a high volume of Chlorine in the water that you could definitely smell and taste. The catalytic core system, didn't live up to the expectations and we still had to deal with a heavy scale build up noticeable on all of our faucets and with two Rinnai units for on demand hot water that raised concerns about what type of build up we were having on what we couldn't see. Everett came out and was very thorough in testing the water and then explaining a recommended solution. We finally decided on a dual media tank solution that Everett and JD installed that provides us with an efficient way to not only handle the Chlorine issue, but truly conditions the water and we're noticing all of the differences that Everett explained we should see. We are very satisfied with the whole process from the review of what our situation is, the recommended solution, the installation and the end result.
