A call was logged with Kelly, who was extremely polite and went out of her way to accommodate me. She said that a plumber would be out this afternoon. I was therefore surprised to have a plumber arrive at 12 noon. Mac was very efficient and snaked out our bathroom sink timeously. He was patient in answering all of my questions/concerns. When the job was completed, he cleans up the way he found it. Mac is definitely a team player and I recommend that he received an incentive compensation, for doing extraordinary work. My grandmother's house is very old and had to have the shower piping replaced and put on new faucets, he did great work as did his helper jason who was very nice. The kitchen sink had a clog and after a while they were able to get it out without needing to do any more added work.
