"Butch called back right away. Came out in a timely fashion. Got one unit working. Then he said the main board was malfunctioning on the downstairs unit and would have to be replaced. It would cost 1200 or 1300. But if we spent a little extra on a service contract he would wave the trip fee and it would be 1100 something. Okay. We did that. It was too late for him to get the board that day so he came out the next day to install the board. But the unit still didn't come on. He said the thermostat was bad and it would we 300 to 500 to replace the thermostat depending on what we wanted. My husband told him we could do that ourselves. Just by pass it and get the unit working. Then he came down and said that the blower motor was out and it would be 1800 to replace the blower motor or 2400 to just replace the whole unit and then we'd be under warranty again. I told them I wanted a second opinion before we did that. I called Ed & Sons they came out, confirmed that we did need a new thermostat. And said they could rebuild the blower motor for around 100$. I ordered two new thermostats for 300 for both of them and my husband installed the thermostats. The work they did was fine. But I felt like they were more of the school of let's just replace parts until it works or we can sell them a new unit. Rather than what can we fix."

"Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. I did my homework and decided I wanted a Trane. I contacted several companies for estimates. Air Network as the only company who contacted me in the time frame promised as well as coming out to see what my needs really were. It turned out my duct work was done improperly by the previous owner resulting in my uneven cooling. They put mats on my floors and began dismantling my system. Chris the owner drove 2 hours to north Austin to pick up the unit I requested since there were no local Trane outlets and then 2 hours back to Hallettsville. They worked so efficiently I actually fell asleep in my recliner while they worked. By the end of the day I was more comfortable in my home than at anytime since I bought it. His crew were neat and courteous and left my home cleaner than when they arrived. I was so impressed by Air Networks that I will not allow any other company to service my system in the future. There were no extra or hidden costs. The job was done for exactly what the estimate was. I HIGHLY recommend Air Network. This is the first 5 star rating I've ever given a business, but Air Network truly deserves it."
