"We have hired Austin Knight Welding on several occasions. From structural support beams, fencing and metal gates. The owner, Myles Parnell, was competent and thorough with his work. Finished projects within said time frame and within budget. Very polite and respectful of our home and property. Anyone looking for quality work will not be disappointed. We highly recommend Austin Knight Welding for any job large or small. Nancy Walters"

"I can't say enough good things about J&J Constructions! We purchased a playground from Walmart and accidentally overlooked the option for assembly. We were in a bind, but thankfully J&J Constructions came through for us. They spent an impressive 7 hours building the playground, and the quality of their work was truly top-notch. From start to finish, their attention to detail was impeccable. Every bolt, board, and piece was assembled with precision and care. What stood out even more was their professionalism and character. These men are not only incredibly skilled but also humble, kind, and hardworking. They took the time to ensure everything was done perfectly, and we are beyond pleased with the result. If you're looking for a team who delivers outstanding work with a great attitude, J&J Constructions is who you need to call. They turned what could have been a stressful situation into a seamless experience. Highly recommended!"

Very prompt in coming out and assessing our chimney.  Gave me a list of materials to get for the job.  When he came out and began to pull the boards off, the damage was very bad (frame was rotten, wet, and termite damage), he told me it would take a lot longer than originally anticipated and we would have to rebuild the frame of the chimney.  I had to go get more materials and book another time (full day).  He told me the price was $99 for the first 3 hours and then $35 for every hour after that the first day, and $50 an hour if he had to go a second day.

On the day scheduled, he came out with his brother and they worked together to rebuild the chimney.  They had to make two more trips to get more materials.  They did a good job, although it seemed slow work. There were a lot of boards in a pile that were trash and I asked how they were going to take them off as they were in a car, not a truck or trailer.  He told me that was extra to haul off as they would have to go to the dump.  I could go get a Bagster at Home Depot and they would cut up the materials and put them in there for me.  The Bagster was $30 and to get the company to come get it was $135!  Instead I bought heavy duty trash bags and they put the materials in them.  My husband hauled them off.

At the end of the second day, we were getting ready to leave so I wanted to take care of the payment.  He started calculating and it was for 19 hours which was fine.  What he didn't tell me (nothing was in writing either) was that his fee was $50 but his brother's fee was $35 an hour for both days.  We had words as this was never talked about and the price was going to be over $1300.  He finally just said to pay whatever we were okay with and he would finish up.  I paid him $900.  I didn't get a receipt.

When we looked the next morning, he had finished the building part, but did not caulk anything (which he said he would do).  There were nails all over the patio and the gutter he had taken down had not been replaced.  The actual building looked great, but my husband ended up having to caulk it all and clean up.

He knew his work and the product was great, but make sure to get all the details (price, materials, and clean up) in writing.

"Hired these folks on April 27, 2018 to repair several leaks in the old roof of my commercial sized building that has my home and 5 apartments. They showed up on time, and did a thorough job, though they told me we needed to wait until the next rain to verify if everything was okay. When the rain came there were no more leaks, and the price for the job was very affordable. Would definitely hire again."

"Premiere, did a beautiful job on my Drive Way. I would highly recommend them to do my work. As a matter of fact. I'm so pleased with their work that I'm having them build my car port also."

"Paul came out and gave me an estimate for the work I needed to have done which seemed very fair. My house is two stories and at the top of a ridge, and all the scaffolding, ladders and equipment had to be carried down then back up a long outdoor rock staircase. There is always a wind which made power washing and work on the scaffolding and ladders difficult. Paul had all my windows and outdoor furniture covered and power washed all surfaces to be painted. The facia, soffit, shutters and metal fence railings were sanded, power washed and painted, but the garage doors had been painted several times, and Paul had all the paint sanded and scraped off to be able to use a new primer and paint that can withstand the all-day direct west sun. The exterior stucco near the front entry had become swollen from water collection, and Paul scraped that area and used a paint/stucco mixture to cover the archway and match the entryway, and he re-set the rock base to allow drainage. All the work involved went smoothly and looks perfect, and although he was here several weeks, when he left everything was cleaned up completely!"

"The only came one time to build the deck. They resurface the extended patio; resurface the deck, built a platform and a new privacy fence around the platform. They were fantastic. The expected date to take a month, they got it done in three weeks. They came in on budget. Everything was great."
