This company denied the responsibility but later reimbursed me for the first leak repair after employee acknowledging doing partial work. This project aims to address and fix the extensive leaks. Must be completely replaced, cause of leaks appears to be from over heating of the copper as locations are at ALL connections and bends in the pipe, too much to patch. Mark sent it with snarky notes, attacks on my intelligence, and name calling embedded in the invoice that I need to use in the records for my home run business. The invoice states: "Included in Above estimate!! for idiots who can't read." "We obviously didn't use the one you ran for your pool equipment." "The listed below is the itemized cost for whatever "project manager" is to ignorant to recognize from the previous invoice."
