"Very warm weather. Home of elderly mother. A/C stopped working the evening before. A quick call to Hoff the following morning received a very prompt response that day. Mike diagnosed the problem immediately, telephoned me with thorough explanation of problem and cost, and took care of the matter in a short time.
I have no doubt that Mike remained long enough to ensure that his repair was appropriate, and that no other repairs were necessary. There were no other A/C failures during the remainder of the cooling season.
Highly recommended."

"Love this company! My service tech today was Brad Groves. He was courteous, friendly and very professional. He even took the time to show me the photos taken of the interior components of our unit.
