"Zach Niceley explained things well and scheduled a time for a heat pump to be put in. He was very knowledgeable and worked to get us the best system with discounts. He is a wonderful young man."

"This was an annual AC/heating checkup, prepaid plan. This is a good value. My only concern is that their estimates for additional work seems high, compared to area averages for similar equipment. Still, I've been working with One-Hour since they were Willis Heating and Air, over 25 years. Their service is top-notch!"

"Kudos to the service professionals, they are really completely professional, following the safety protocols."

"Fantastic customer service and timely repair"

"I thought it was strange that he thought I was going to replace my old A/C unit after getting it repaired. If I was going to replace it then I would not have had the old unit fixed. Other than that I thought the service was good and the technician on time."

"It took three professionals switching between multiple sites to remove the old furnace and put in the new one. They knew their jobs well, and my furnace kicked on in time to prevent me from being cold on one of the coldest days of the year. They also installed a whole house humidifier, which has served me well. I don't know how I lived without it. The price was extremely competitive, and I consider myself lucky to get both the furnace and the humidifier for the price of a furnace at other companies. I would not use anyone else for my heating or air conditioning at this point. Thank you!!!"

"Price as quoted. Easy to work with. Delivered as promised. Was able to complete in one day. Removed heating and air and replaced with new system"

"I had an old furnace which Corey checked and found to be unrepairable due to holes in the heat exchanger that he showed me. My decision was to replace the 22 year old furnace. The work was performed quickly and efficiently and is working well. I am very happy with the services performed."

"Through a visit at Home Depot got a service to check out my heating/cooling house system. The nice lady,Robin, who came was very efficient and answered all my questions. Very pleased. Thank you much."
