"Very professional. They did an annual service check on my furnace. While doing so, they found that my filter was wrong and could have caused major damage to the furnace. They were able to find me the correct filter in a timely manner. I'll be calling them whenever something is wrong or I need another furnace cleaning/check."

"**5 Stars — Small Business to the Rescue!** Brian and Valerie of Chatfields LLC AC and Heating saved the day! Our furnace failed while guests were staying at our property. A larger HVAC company quoted $2,150 to replace the circuit board and two pressure switches. Thankfully, we sought a second opinion. Brian carefully investigated, confirmed the board and one switch were working, and replaced only the faulty pressure switch. Heat was restored the same day for $275—a $1,875 difference! Beyond the savings, Brian was thorough, honest, professional, and true to his word. Meeting his wife, Valerie, was equally wonderful. They are such a kind, warm couple who made a stressful day easier. This is why I love supporting small businesses! Chatfields stepped in where a larger company fell short and earned my trust and future business. I'll gladly continue supporting hardworking small businesses like theirs. Thank you both for your integrity and outstanding service. Highly recommended!"

"Quality service and HVAC at a very affordable price! I couldn’t ask for more. I would highly recommend Behold for anyone needing HVAC repairs or replacement."

"Initially I requested an estimate for a plumbing project already in progress with some challenges. Keith responded immediately to get details and schedule to come out to look at what was needed. He proposed a solution that eliminated any impact to walls or tile to replace old valves and faucets. He and his team completed the work on time and were neat and professional and results were better than I expected. There was no damage at all to what was old tile. I subsequently had him assess an old water heater and decided to replace it. It had to go into a very small areas and be upgraded to code and he was able to solution the replacement to fit perfectly in the limited space. Previously on the project we had noticed a periodic odor of gas but no one had verified a source. Keith identified a leak in the area of the furnace right next to the water heater. We had decided to upgrade the furnace and AC and again Keith and his team were able to get an order in quickly, get the install done exactly as committed and fixed the gas leak in the process. Based on the quality of work performed in each case and the expertise of the team I hired Plumbing Tree again to assess an old furnace and AC at my primary residence. The furnace had been failing at the end of the winter but I waited for summer to replace and it had deteriorated and was not safe. Keith evaluated and gave me two options and was able to get the order in immediately after I decided to go ahead. He scheduled the install within a few days. His crew was on time and completed the install of furnace and AC in one day. Again they were neat, efficient, described all the changes from the old furnace and thermostat to the new and answered all my questions. Everything has been functioning just as I expected for both heat and AC. I recommend Plumbing Tree for these services based on quality and reliability - also cost was competitive and the team they used had the expertise required. Additionally they were easy to work with and I plan to use them again on another project. Thanks Keith and team- I appreciate the quality work!"

They were incredibly prompt in their responses and took action swiftly. I highly recommend this company; they offer a wide range of services and managed to meet my needs in 48 hours or less. I couldn't have asked for a better partner in this process—we absolutely love them! I would recommend them to anyone and everybody!"

"My dad is elderly and needed a new HVAC system. So I decided to find a person who could install a new HVAC system and we found Cody. Cody was very friendly, honest, and communicated very well. At one point he told us we could probably go another 3-5 years with the current system, but since my dad only has so many years left we told he to go ahead and install a whole new system in. He treated us like gold and even spent the time showing my Dad all the new features with the thermostat. I would highly recommend Cody for any repairs or HVAC needs you have."

"I can’t recommend M & H Air enough. He came out and did some service work for me, and from start to finish everything was top-notch. He showed up on time, explained exactly what was going on, and didn’t try to upsell anything unnecessary. You can tell he really knows his stuff—he diagnosed the issue quickly and had everything fixed without any hassle. What I appreciated most was how honest and professional he was the whole time. It’s hard to find people you can truly trust, especially with something as important as heating and air. If you’re looking for reliable, quality work at a fair price, this is the guy to call. I’ll definitely be using him again and recommending him to anyone who needs HVAC work done."

"This was annual maintenance- not repair. Service tech was so courteous and explained everything he was doing and why. He helped educate me on life expectancy for certain parts and what things could be done proactively and what things could be postponedâ ¦ There was no sense of him upselling me or rushing me or cutting corners to get to the next appt. I was left with future options to consider- but without pressure - And given an approximate price for those choicesâ ¦ The service tech was respectful towards my home and myselfâ ¦ I feel really good about having an ongoing relationship with ARS."

"Professional, prompt, thorough, patiently explained the "Why's" and Applewood's club provides 1 year discounts on plumbing, heating & electrical services, all important for a 1956 house."
