"I was highly skeptical knowing of the bait-and-switch tactics of some low cost maintenance procedures including THIS duct cleaning service. The technician showed me the mildew in a couple ducts. After cleaning all 12 ducts, he explained and insisted on showing me the damage. I was previously an appliance salesperson and was trained on air conditioning so I understood the issue. He gave me the price for the mediation with no pressure or scare tactics. At that point, I decided to proceed. I knew the dangers of mildew and that it could spread if not stopped.
