They could have gone home for the day like the bigger companies did but instead they stopped on their way home and serviced my central air condition system in the middle of a heat wave. Unlike the other companies that I called who couldn't respond for 3 to 5 days even after I explained I had an infant to keep cool. They didn't get around to me the afternoon they said, but they were here first thing the next morning. No biggie. Two guys were polite and respectful, but they also had fun personality and cared about doing the job right and making sure to demonstrate the heat was all working. They immediately could see what the problem was, gave me a quote on the spot, and set about to fixing it. I don't know how much these things generally cost, but although I could see that they were correcting their own mistakes (which takes time), it seemed clear to me that they didn't charge me for that time, which I respect. They even replaced some parts free of charge. More respect.
