We are seniors, and we are paying for this work out of Social Security — so the small discount they offer was welcome, but, even more importantly, the work estimate was accurate too. No “sticker shock.” So far, we are very happy with the new setup. Kyle’s business is a small one, but a more reliable and courteous business than some of the bigger outfits we have had in the past. Hiring workmen can be ridiculously stressful and frankly occasionally infuriating. We had a small business ourselves, so I really am stunned sometimes by how badly some people run theirs. SO often I can’t get plumbers or workmen to follow through on one or more steps in my hiring process; either they don’t come on time or when promised (!), disappear after we ask for a written estimate, or charge us unnecessary fees up front. Plumbing/reliable sanitation is an essential need in every home, and can probably be a difficult profession; but it is necessary for health and well-being. What a pleasure, then, to recommend Kyle’s Fellowship Plumbing and Mechanical. They provide an professional service from start to finish."

"Had a circulator pump go bad. AllPhase gave me a ring pretty much within minutes of submitting the request here. They said they'd come by for a look after their morning job. They didn't get around to me the afternoon they said, but they were here first thing the next morning. No biggie. Two guys were polite and respectful, but they also had fun personality and cared about doing the job right and making sure to demonstrate the heat was all working. They immediately could see what the problem was, gave me a quote on the spot, and set about to fixing it. I don't know how much these things generally cost, but although I could see that they were correcting their own mistakes (which takes time), it seemed clear to me that they didn't charge me for that time, which I respect. They even replaced some parts free of charge. More respect. Maybe a little pricier than I was expecting overall, but on the other hand, since blowtorching was involved, I'm happy to pay someone else to do it."

After numerous calls to companies having to leave messages, not answering the phone, having to wait two weeks for service or companies not taking new customers, I finally found Rodney owner of RJP HVAC. He answered the phone himself, and told me he could be at my house in two hours! I received a text when he was on his way and promptly arrived. He quickly diagnosed the problem, explained what he could do to fix it and gave me a price which was surprisingly reasonable. I gave him the go ahead and he fixed the issue within the hour.
