"He came over and inspected the system, outside and in and took the appropriate temperature readings. He removed the grate and removed my son's word cards returning them to me. He let me know my system was slowly aging, but in good condition. He was very professional and prompt. He didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need. I asked for a new thermostat because I can tell it is off. He checked and said it was a few degrees off and asked what kind I wanted. I will be having him back shortly to install a new thermostat.
