"In the past, they built a wood shed. The service was good probably above average. They are willing to listen and make changes, and very prompt. Like all companies there are always discrepancies, I would have them back."

"Wonderful people all around. Cody worked diligently to remove the fire damage as well as the water in my basement. His pricing was more than reasonable and he worked with me through every step in the process. Any questions I had, he was quick to respond and put my mind at ease. I will definitely be using him in the future on other home renovations!"

"We had some small trees removed, the backyard leveled and needed someone to lay sod. We found a few companies on Angie's List, but Sprinkles was the only one to respond. The next day they came out and we asked them if they could do some extra things as well. They measured and gave us a quote that included roto-tilling a long slope, adding soil conditioner, placing metal edging, and of course preparing the soil and laying sod. They supplied everything. Thanks to some cancellations, they were able to do the work sooner than expected. They arrived on time, did a beautiful job, cleaned up after themselves, and left an instruction sheet on how to care for the new sod during the first month. As it turns out, they could have done the tree removal and leveling as well. I wish I'd known. We couldn't be happier."

"Juan (owner of Men in Black Hardscapes) is kind, honest, and incredibly reliable. He is a master craftsmen in a variety of disciplines pertaining to landscaping, hardscapes, masonry among others. His team built two 30' retaining walls for an in-ground pool/spa project we had going on. We were so impressed with his work that we hired him to build an outdoor fireplace, install travertine pavers under our deck, grout the pavers the pool company laid, build a new staircase with backlit treads leading down to the pool, install dry-wells and drainage. Juan was patient with us because we are very particular and made sure that we were 100% satisfied with everything. He is also bi-lingual which made communication clear and easy. Men in Black Hardscapes is the only company I'll use for any future outdoor home projects."

"Marta did a wonderful job of listening to what I wanted and creating a plan that was more beautiful than I had pictured. She incorporated plants that we wanted to keep and made them fit right in. Mike did an awesome job on the front entry and even used brick left over from when the house was built to make it blend in. They stayed in touch at every step and let me know when they would be there to work on the yard. Marta was also very good about instructions for how to take care of the beds and plants, as well as suggesting further enhancements that I could do myself."

FAQs for outdoor kitchen building service projects in Loganville, GA

Building your own pizza oven can be a cost-effective option if you already possess the necessary firebricks or materials and have the skills to complete the project. When you have the required supplies on hand, you save on material costs and labor fees. However, if you need to source every component, a pre-made kit may not deliver the same savings.

Fire bricks are engineered to withstand the high temperatures generated inside a pizza oven, protecting the structure from cracking or spalling. Standard bricks can fail under intense heat, potentially damaging the oven and creating safety risks. By using true fire-rated bricks, homeowners maintain consistent cooking temperatures, preserve the oven’s structural integrity, and reduce the likelihood of costly repairs. The modest increase in material cost is offset by longer service life and safer operation.

An optimal pizza oven installation positions the opening exactly between 36 and 48 inches above the ground to guarantee clear visibility and safe, comfortable access. This height optimizes heat distribution and ergonomic use. In addition, dome height can vary: shorter domes produce the signature soft, charred crust of Neapolitan pies, whereas taller domes are ideal for generating the robust baking environment required for New York–style pizzas.
