"Freddy was excellent to deal with. Professional, proud of his workmanship, and strives to satisfy the customer. His estimate was actually less than I had from other plumbers but I was most impressed with was the quality of his work. He at first planned to replace the line using the trench-less technique but after finding the soil soft from the rains, decided to do minimum digging and punching through a hard copper line. He also placed a sleeve on the copper pipe to protect it from corrosion and extend the use life. His crew was great and protected our foliage from damage. He installed it up to code with a 6 ft grounding rod. An estimate from another plumber told me I had to get an electrician to install the ground. It passed city inspection first round and after he filled in the trench and completed the cleanup our front yard and foliage looked just as good as before the job. I do a lot of my own home repair but I could not have done a better job. Highly recommend you call him for an estimate."

He laid out exactly what he was going to do for the installation and talked through all the options and variables. Also, the quote was excellent for the job! I was able to schedule them a few weeks later. Jose and William arrived with all the parts needed. Of course, with any installation job, there was a small problem (that of drilling through the masonry of the fireplace, something that no one would have known). "They did come out and do the work. Its been a year since I had them out I know I spent more, I had them do more work. They actually clean out and did a couple of faucets for me and they ended up breaking a counter top. And they had quite a time getting it resolved. They didn't want to pay for the, they broke a sink that's what they broke. The bathroom had two matching sinks and they couldn't match the sink and they didn't want to pay for two of them, they just wanted to do one and put an un matching sink in there. So I ended up paying for one sink, they paid for another and then they installed the faucets but it was not a great experience with Benjamin Franklin Plumbing."

"Perfectly, since we have some drainage problems they installed drain pipes going from my gutter spouts to a dry well they built in the front as well as some drains in the 22 x 22 foot patio, before pouring the concrete.  I watched as they did the work and found that they were meticulous checking the levels, using a proper rock bed and 3/8" rebar.  We wanted two tone which we now realize is very tricky.  At first we thought the color was uneven, but Vince explained it would even out as it dried. Well he was right it has been over 3 weeks now and it looks just like we expected.
