"Seemed pretty inexperienced (although not sure that is unique these days given staffing shortages). Didn’t really understand the ask about the bathtub drain being clogged. Did correctly fix the shower issue, but when they replaced the fixture they didn’t screw it in all the way so the next few showers let a lot of water into the wall until we realized and fixed. Overall did the job and came in reasonable time but seemed to be very new to the job."

"We were able to hear running water but could not find the leak. We had multiple plumbers come out and they all said it was the supply line and that the leak could not be located and we would need to put in an entire new line. That would have required digging up a paved drive way and two retaining walls. That company was great and once they marked where the leak was Steve came out and fixed the problem in a day without destroying our yard. He saved us about 15,000 dollars.
