"Joe cleared the sink drain and turned the water off because I needed a new faucet. The old one was leaking and it was an expensive faucet so the repair would be expensive. I needed a new faucet because that one was corroded. He also checked the toilet to see if the water flow was o.k. and it was. Next I went out to Home Depot and purchased another wide spread faucet. Called Joe and he came out to install it. He is very courteous and efficient. He answered all of my questions. I would definitely hire Phill's Plumbing again."

"We had old clogged pipes in two different areas of the house so we called Tony’s for help. Tony came out the day I called to give a consultation. A couple of days later he sent a quote for the repairs and by the end of the week he had a crew at the my house to do the repairs. Kevin and Juan were punctual, hard working and super nice guys! Before work got started they tried their best to protect our home from the dust and dirt. I was really grateful for their efforts. They also kept us updated through out the whole process. At one point during the day there was a need to snake one of the pipes and Paul came out to help. I’ve worked with Paul before when our water heater went out so I knew we were in good hands! At the end of the day Kevin and Juan did an incredible job of cleaning! Drains are working properly again and we are thankful to have found a plumbing company with so many great workers! The price we paid was close to the quote. Once the walls were open they found some complications that couldn’t have been foreseen. "We had a pipe leak in our ceiling from a corroded 1 inch elbow and an adjoining t connector and we asked bids from a variety of plumbers. I really appreciated the bid from ASAP Plumbing because they were much more straight forward and knowledgable without being intimidating. Roland and his crew were terrific, experienced, professionals. They did super clean soldering work and they packed up and kept the work site spotless. They were fast, efficient, and a good value. It's great to find a tradesman like Roland who works with great integrity. I can't say enough great things about them. "The gents from Burris were excellent. When I called to have them check our water heater and furnace, they were very responsive. I was concerned that they might not be able to make it out the same day as I was calling in the later part of the afternoon, but they said that they could come that day at 3:30pm. Needless to say, at 3:30 on the dot, they were pulling up to our driveway. That in itself is impressive! They greeted me courteously, didn't chitchat or waste time, but went straight to work checking on the water heater (which had gotten wet during our last big rain), and soon diagnosed the problem. The burner had water in it. Since I was not over their shoulder watching, they certainly could have said I needed a new burner assembly, a new thermocouple, valve control unit, or all three (since those got wet as well) - all of which would have made them more money in parts and labor. Instead, they dumped the water, cleaned and dried out the burner, and got us going again. They even let us know that there might be a future issue with the ignitor, but that as it dried out, it would probably work just fine (they could have just charged us to replace it when it didn't necessarily need to be). They were ethical, actually did troubleshooting to fix the problem instead of simply replacing parts, and ended up charging very reasonably for their labor. They looked at the furnace as well, said they couldn't really get to a thorough exam right away, but contacted one of their associates who could. They went above and beyond in doing so. They could easily have said they needed to come back later - thus saving the job for themselves. Instead, they got us together with someone else, even though it cost them the $$ they would have gotten by keeping that job for themselves. They showed they were more concerned with making sure the customer got what they needed instead of keeping the money and the job. THIS is how a company gets repeat business! I highly recommend Burris Brothers, and will use them again for future plumbing and heating needs."

"Good Guy Plumbing was able to come out to the house and provide a price quote the same day I called for a job to replace our main water line in front of our house. It had a pinhole leak. The price estimate was fair and a little less than another competing plumbing service in our area. They were able to schedule the plumbing crew to come out the very next day to do the work, and they got it all done in the time frame they promised within just that one day. The two crew members were professional, thorough, answered all our questions, and did a good job of cleaning up when the job was done. They even fixed a small, second leak they happened to see in our sprinkler pipes while they were doing the main line replacement. The new main water line has been in place for over a week now, and everything is working as it should. The only reason I gave Good Guy Plumbing an overall rating of 4.5 instead of 5 is because of a small issue that came up related to the price quoted and the final price. The price quote was based on their initial assessment that our main line should be replaced with a 3/4-inch pipe. However, once the crew dug up the old pipe, they discovered that the old main line had been 1-inch diameter, and installing a new 1-inch pipe added $200 to our final price. The crew let us know as they were starting the job that they would need a larger pipe, and that the price quote would increase by $200. Despite this issue, I think it was an honest mistake which the owner apologized for, and I would use Good Guys Plumbing again."

"I have 3 Kohler Rialto one piece toilets that are very difficult to repair.  The toilet seats attachment connections are not accessible so you have to remove anchors from the top and then insert and attach new anchors.  I replaced the seats on a couple of them myself and it was an incredibly difficult process of trying to drill or break out the old anchors.  Adding the new ones seems easy.  Unfortunately if you tighten the new anchor too much it can expand and crack the toilet.  Which I did. <br /> So now I had to replace one of the toilets. <br /> I contacted Albano's and explained that I needed to have the toilet replaced in the next two days because my wife was returning from a trip and would be very unhappy that I destroyed one of our toilets while she was gone. <br /> They sent Eric out within 30 minutes with the new toilet, at less than it cost from Home Depot, and he completely removed and replaced the toilet perfectly. <br /> These are expensive toilets.  However, they told me up front what it would cost including service and they did exactly what they said for exactly the price they told me.  No shenanigans. <br /> Eric was extremely helpful and professional.  I will definitely use them again if I need any plumbing done. <br />"
